BBQ potato salad
You can make the best potato salad yourself. This BBQ potato salad goes with everything you put on your grill or smoker. But it goes best with the flavour of the smoke from BBQ such as brisket and pulled pork.
Serves 4-6 persons
1 kg new potato or other
150 ml sour cream
100 ml creme fraiche
2 tbsp mayo
100 ml fresh dill
10 radishes
2 tbsp caper
2 tbsp Västervikssenap or other sweet mustard
Salt & pepper
Boil the potatoes and let it cool. Cut the potato in quarters so they are bite size.
Wash the radishes and cut them in quarters. Finely chop the capers and dill. Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper and add more mustard if needed.
